More than 35 years of successful sales and marketing experience building high performance sales teams. Al has been in each sales role from Sales Rep to Regional Manager to Vice President and CSO (Chief Sales Officer). He has held key management positions with DEC, UNISYS, and Oracle as well as being the sales leader in multiple successful start up companies. His real life experiences led to the creation of the Sales Optimization Systemâ„¢ (SOS) as a methodology to rapidly build a sales organization to bring products/services to fuel his companies' growth.
Since 2002, JAMIS has applied the SOS framework to many companies across several industry segments such as technology, software, financial, manufacturing, services, and pharmaceutical.
